Not sure where to begin on this journey of mine. To be quite frank–that’s my way of saying TBH (to be honest, which a friend had to teach me), like the kids do–anyway, TBQF I’m not the best at technology, so figuring this out could be a whole other, dare I say it–blog.
So, I’m feeling like it’s 1957, the start of the IGY or International Geophysical Year, proposed by Lloyd Berkner. The IGY was established to form an international collaboration of scientific experiments to study the Earth’s geophysics from 1957-1958. I could only imagine how the scientist and world leaders felt in 1957, not sure where to begin but had many, many ideas to add to the IGY, and there was the Cold War and space race too, but that’s another story for another day.
Here I am not too sure where to begin, but I have many ideas and all I know is I want to talk about space, everything from the universe to the technology that gets us there.
Maybe, I’ll figure this out or maybe I won’t. However, TBQF this is really just something for me to improve my writing skills, give me a platform to ramble on about space-things, and maybe have some successful writing examples for the day I apply to the Science Writing Master’s program at John’s Hopkins, and than maybe NASA will want me to write for them. Big dreams.
